This very Large Holiday Apartment is a split level Maisonette on the top 2 floors of a Victorian building only 3-4 mins walk from the Train station. There are 3 double bedrooms (all large) and one of them is en-suite. There is also a Main bathroom. The Living room is quite small in comparison to the very large bedrooms. The kitchen / breakfast room is also large and there is a breakfast table and chairs for communal eating. The L-shaped kitchen area has adequate storage and there is plenty of work surface. All usual white goods ie freezer /washing Machine/ Fridge/ Microwave / kettle etc are there.
The Apartment has BT Infinity Unlimited and the New 6 Hub + BT TV is included.
Parking is on street and Free. Parking close-by can be busy during the weekdays but is fine at the weekends.
Tastefully furnished but not Luxurious. Main advantages of this flat is that it is very large and very close to the Town Center.

Obviously this is a flat so there are people Living Downstairs. Please show consideration for this. Not suitable for parties or Music / Loud Noise after 10pm. Please do not eat anywhere except kitchen breakfast room. Please take shoes off in flat as the carpets are light. Obviously NO SMOKING and please only access the Fire Escape if necessary.
- Please respect other flats in building by being quiet after 10.30. Shoes off in flat please. Food and drinks to be eaten in Kitchen breakfast room only please. If any carpets need additional cleaning then an additional charge of £50 PER ROOM will be made. The Fire Escape is a door leading to external Stairs from the kitchen.
