Bright Water is a very well presented compact holiday cottage with modern décor and furnishings (fully double glazed and cosy) in a quiet riverside location just a short distance from Wroxham bridge directly by the water's edge on the River Bure.
You can fish (subject to holding a fishing licence) a few steps away from the French windows in the sitting room in the River Bure and watch all the action on the river or in the private boat mooring basin that you have an unobstructed view of.
The compact kitchen is well equipped with full size cooker, microwave, fridge etc and has an unobstructed view of the boat basin whilst the French doors in the sitting room open onto pleasant grassed areas directly by the river. The lounge has a Freeview TV, DVD player and two sofas.
You can fish at the front or rear just a few steps away from the cottage (in season with a licence). The friendly heron that often visits welcomes any catch you may wish to feed him!
A boat mooring is available on site at extra cost if required or boats, canoes and river trips can be hired close by.
Upstairs the double bedroom has Freeview TV, DAB radio alarm and fine views across the river, the twin bedroom overlooks the boat basin and has two 3' 00'' single beds and a good sized built in wardrobe cupboard. The bathroom has a large walk in shower (no bath) and there is a heated towel rail on the landing. A baby bath is provided.
Free wifi is provided and one free parking space in the secure on site parking area.
The cottage enjoys a quiet, but central location just a few minutes walk from Wroxham the heart of the Broads with all the facilities you could require.

On site there is a small friendly pub in a former boat shed that offers a range of real ales and home cooked food. In Wroxham there is a full range of pubs, restaurants, takeaways, shops, launderette and Roy's - the largest village store in the world. Boat, canoe and cycle hire is available very close by.
No groups of all under 25 accepted.
