I am sorry but you mixed up a private rental out place like Airbnb with a Hotel. We are not a hotel. We do not have a reception. We are a private home. We are happy to have guests from all around the world.
We told you before your arrival that in the night at 3 AM no one will be there and if you do not book a room for this night you arrive you will not have a room. We asked you on time to book a room for the night you are arriving. You did not listen, you did not care. And then you complain that there is no room for you? 10 hours before the regular check in time? How can you shouting through the house waking up the other guests at 3 AM in the night? You did not book a room yet we offered you to stay for free on our couch in the lobby. You knew that because we have explained the situation to you and then you come and complain?
And then you are so angry that you start telling lies. Our house is brand-new renovated. The air-conditioner is new. It is just a lie from you that it is not working. It was working 100% and is working 100%. Everyone can use our kitchen for cooking or water heating.
your room has three windows. All of our rooms have at least three windows. Everyone can see it in the pictures and it is as in the pictures.
We also told you that we rent out this room in two different versions, one is including TV, breakfast and private kitchen. And another option is without TV, breakfast and private kitchen. You decided for the cheaper option but demanded to have the options of the more expensive room included. Do you get business class on a plane if you book and pay economy?
We think that Airbnb is the wrong platform to find accommodation for you. Please in the future check in to ordinary hotels, maybe you can check into a room 10 or 12 hours before the ordinary check in time there. Especially if you have a baby with you you should make arrangements before you start traveling.
