Formerly having taught at Dartmouth College, I now split my time between learning about cheese - specifically Vermont Cabot cheddar cheese and working with raptors - owls, hawks, falcons, eagles - at the Vermont Institute of Natural Science and the New England Falconry Center. And, of course, hosting delightful airbnb guests from around the world in our tiny off-the-grid cabin.
