Newly renovated Orchard Cottage with it's contemporary decor is a single storey cottage attached to the main house in the quiet rural village of Littleham. Although attached it sits within its own grounds and private garden on the other side of the main house.
The cottage is comfortable and welcoming and has central heating plus a wood burner for the cooler nights. One en-suite double bedroom, accommodating both king or split for two singles overlooking the apple trees.
The cottage was renovated in late 2016 so everything is new including the kitchen, oak floors, oak doors and walk in contemporary shower room. The shower room has underfloor heating for the colder months.
There is new gas central heating along with a smart enabled gas (LPG) combi boiler for instant hot water and heat.
Wood will be supplied for the wood burner, and a barbecue to enjoy in the private garden during the summer. The garden is stocked with shrubs, flowers and trees giving some shade on the patio.
HDtv with freeview and WIFI fibre available, although being in a village BT restrict the fibre to 38mb but it's fine for most things.
Orchard Cottage has it's very own dedicated car space in the main house car park. When you arrive you will see wooden gate, drive through the opening and directly to your right you will see the car space.
Access through the solid wooden gate giving total privacy leading down the path to your own private garden with views across the adjoining countryside.

We both work from home some of the time, so someone will be available should you need us. We only moved to Littleham from Bath last year, so are still exploring the beautiful coast ourselves. Bike riding along the Tarka trail in the summer along the river and coast of Instow is ideal for those who love cycling. Pop into the wooden cafe and have a crab salad.
Although the bedroom is not the largest, if you do have a small child or baby there is just enough (albeit cosy) space for your own travel cot, or we can supply a small folding bed with a mattress.
