Miss Sharon, You reserved for two guests. One would be your boyfriend and when he was not around then a friend would visit and stay a few days. PLEASE AIRBNB HAS ALL MESSAGES EXCHANGED BETWEEN YOU AND I, NEVER DID YOU MENTION THAT YOUR FRIEND WAS GOING TO BE THERE FOR THREE WEEKS!!!!!After you arrived in Jamaica, I spoke with you and asked you how was the apartment? You informed me that the apartment was just lovely. You told me that the place is so clean, comfortable and beautiful. You informed me that you were having a wonderful time and you would like to reserve for an additional two weeks. Which you did!!!!! Your boyfriend visited you on one occasion, he left the same day and you informed my local host not to allow him on the premises ever again (The gate was closed when you got to our premises). Your friend came and visited you and stayed. I did not have an issue because you signed up for two guests for the duration of your stay. After your friend came, the issues began. She smoked MARIJUANA. MISS SHARON PLEASE LOOK AT OUR LISITNGS. IT IS A NON-SMOKING POLICY ON THE PREMISES. DID YOU READ OUR POLICIES? ANOTHER POLICY IS FOR THE GATE NOT TO BE LEFT OPEN BECAUSE WE VALUE SAFETY AND SECURITY OF ALL OF OUR GUESTS. When I heard that there is smoking on the premises, I wrote to you (AIRBNB HAS DOCUMENTATION) and reminded you of our policy. You informed me that it was not you smoking but your friend. Also, I ASKED YOU TO STOP LEAVING OUR GATE OPEN, YOU INFORMED THAT IT WAS YOUR FRIEND. I INFORMED YOU THAT I DO NOT HAVE AN AGREEMENT WITH YOUR FRIEND BUT WITH YOU. ALSO, I INFORMED YOU THAT IF YOUR FRIEND CANNOT OBSERVE OUR POLICIES THEN I AM ASKING HER TO LEAVE THE PREMISES (AIRBNB CAN VERIFY MY MESSAGES TO YOU). Miss Sharon, then you began playing loud music, distrubing the other guests. They complained to my local host. I wrote to you concerning that issue. YOU WENT AND APOLIGIZE TO THE GUESTS. THEN YOU WANTED TO BRING STRANGERS ONTO OUR PREMISES. PEOPLE YOU HAVE JUST MET. YOU WANTED TO PUT THE LIVES OF EVERYONE IN DANGER. I HAD TO WRITE TO YOU AND REMINDED YOU THAT YOU ARE TOURISTS AND YOU MAY BECAME TARGET IN A STRANGE COUNTRY. PLEASE DO NOT ENDANGER YOUR LIFE OR ANY ONE ELSE'S LIFE. THEN YOU INFORMED MY LOCAL HOST THAT YOU ARE GOING TO GIVE US A BAD REVIEW BECAUSE WE ASKED YOU TO FOLLOW OUR POLICIES BY NOT SMOKING ON THE PREMISES, KEEP THE GATE LOCK AND BRING STRANGE PEOPLE ONTO THE PREMISES. FINALLY, I FORMED YOU THAT IF YOU CANNOT ABIDE BY OUR POLICIES, THEN PLEASE ASK AIRBNB TO FIND YOU A PLACE THAT IS MORE SUITABLE FOR YOU. YOU NEVER LEFT!!!!! YOU NEVER CONTACTED AIRBNB!!!! YOU REMAINED ON THE PREMISES. THEN YOU BECAME VINDICTIVE YOU BLOCKED OUR TOILET ON FOUR DIFFERENT OCCASIONS. THE LAST ONE WAS SO BAD THAT OUR APARTMENT BECAME A SWIMMING POOL. YOU DAMAGED OUR AREA RUG, CURTAINS, FURNITURE ETC. OUR PLUMBER SAID THA HE HAD NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THAT BEFORE(I SENT A VIDEO OF THE DAMAGE TO AIRBNB). Miss Sharon, PLEASE LOOK AT OUR RECORD, WE HAVE DONE GOOD BY OUR GUESTS AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO. YOU ARE VINDICTIVE AND BECAUSE WE HAD ASKED YOU TO COMPLY WITH OUR POLICIES... YOU DECIDED TO CLOGGED OUR SEWER SYSTEM, FLOOD OUR APARTMENT AND GIVE US A "BAD RATING"(WHICH YOU HAD PRIOR VERBALIZED TO OUR LOCAL HOSTS). FINAL QUESTION? IF OUR SERVICE WAS SO BAD, WHY DID YOU RESERVE AND AN ADDITIONAL 2 WEEKS WITH US? WHY DID YOU STAY WITH US FOR THE ENTIRE 6 WEEKS OF YOUR RESERVATION? MISS SHARON, I WISH YOU A GOOD LIFE AND I HOPE THAT WHAT YOU HAVE DONE TO US, YOU WILL NEVER GET THE OPPORTUNITY TO DO TO ANOTHER HOST.
