We would like to inform you that all payments are made via airbnb to our property and not directly from each guest. So any issues you might have faced during your payment, we had to inform airbnb in order to give us directions to help you, as we couldn't know where the problem was.
Moreover, it is stated in airbnb that check in takes place in Palazzo Greco Hotel. We also send an e-mail to each guest with detailed information about check in and link with map how to reach us as well as phone numbers in case you need to call us.
However we are planning soon, check in to be made directly in the villas.
