In the immediate neighborhood
Mississippi Market(622 Selby Ave.) is a food coop carrying traditional grocery and health food items with the addition of a salad bar, juice bar, and large deli with coffee bar. There is a Nice Ridebike stand next to the market parking lot.
Selby Avenue
East from Dale Street you’ll find more restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. W.A. Frost(374 Selby Ave.) at Selby and Western has a beautiful patio (large wine selection, upscale dining).

The guests have access to the entire condo. There is a free washer and dryer in the basement.

I will meet you to drop off the keys and show you around. I live close by and am available if there are any questions or concerns.

Great location. A few blocks from Summit Ave which is a wonderful street for strolling. One block further is Grand Ave which is another great street for restaurants and shopping. Some notable businesses are: Ann Taylor, Starbucks, NorthFace, Pottery Barn, J Crew.... all within walking distance.
Also located a few blocks from a natural foods grocery store.

There are 3 bus lines all within a 5 minute walk. Included with a booking is a FOB for a local bike sharing program, with the nearest bike rack just a few blocks away at the grocery store.

There is cable TV and WIFI.

The heat is turned off from May 15 to approximately October 1. Space heater provided from those last spring chilly nights. Also, I do put an AC unit in the window during summer months. It's more than enough to keep the place cool.

As they are guests in my house, I expect them to treat the property with respect as well as the other residents in the building, keeping in mind that in this building live people who are not on vacation and need to get a good nights sleep and go to work the next day.

Amazing place... clean, with everything that you need! Comfy bed, super fluffy towels and in an insanely wonderful location... right off Dale/Selby neighborhood. Loved it, and would love to stay again!!

Peter was a good host he welcomed us to his place and took care of everything to make us feel comfortable. He was also in touch with us regularly to see if we needed something or there was something he could help us out with.

Immaculate apartment in the best neighborhood in St. Paul. This is a great deal -- lovely place in the perfect location. We came without a car and had no problems because we were close to bus stops, shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants.

Peter was a very attentive host, cautious and concerned about his place and very helpful. The price was very reasonable, the bed comfy and the Wifi strong. The location was great for us and my daughter enjoyed the playground across the street.

I am an avid traveller with two decades of globe trotting under my belt. I used to only stay in hotels or hostels. However, 2010 I decided to try staying in a private residence. It was a great experience, I loved it an have never looked back. I found that the convenience, comfort and privacy of staying in an apartment trumps the sterile transactional experience of a hotel. Furthermore, I think I can make myself a better, less expensive breakfast than any hotel can offer, and enjoy it in my PJ's!
