I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused during Annette's stay. Upon check out, my cleaner checked both of the TV and the fire and they work fine. We do provide both wall heaters and electric blankets in every bedroom. Thank you for bringing to my attention the cleanliness issues.
It was unfortunate that my cleaner was out of town during Annette's stay and was unable to resolve these issues then and there. I had however, organised for another person to go by the apartment to have a look. Unfortunately, no key had been left out.
As I did not hear from the guest for the rest of her stay, I believed she had managed to follow the instructions and resolve the issue.
Annette contacted me to make me aware that the issue was still ongoing. However, this message was received after she had checked out. This is unfortunate as I could have arranged for someone to come around again to resolve this issue for her.
