IN MORE DETAIL: 4 Narracott apartments provides easier access with fewer steps (5 in total) from the car park to the (URL HIDDEN) first floor apartment capitalizes on taking full advantage of the uninterrupted panoramic view, being located on the corner of this premier development. With an extensive covered decked balcony running the whole length of the main living area with two large double patio doors, there is always something to watch, from changing tides to the coming and going of a passing ship. With the kitchen to one corner, the dining area is positioned to capture the views. Once inside, the accommodation is all on one level with two bedrooms, the double benefiting from an en-suite, with a very large bathroom serving the twin room. Careful positioning of mirrors maximises the natural light from the floor to ceiling windows along one side of the main living area. With everything you need from beaches to good restaurants on the doorstep the apartment is furnished in a contemporary style and is a real treat.

Your holiday home will be ready and available from 3pm onwards on the day of your arrival. Check out time is 10am on day of departure. So we can prepare the apartment for our next guests, please respect our turnaround times and do leave the apartment on time.

There is building work on the old hotel complex next door and also in the initial area of the entrance hall where a new lift and an additional staircase is being installed. Most guests report this does not impact them at all - except it is a bit of a shock to arrive and see it. As a result of the building work there are temporary parking arrangements approx.200m from the apartment entrance. There are large yellow signs giving directions to the temporary car park and there is designated secure car parking space.
