POOL SPA - NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY, SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK- No running or horseplay in the pool and deck area, as this may cause serious injury.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT AND DAMAGE PROTECTION- In accordance with Florida State Law, we reserve the right to use the credit card authorization to cover for any damage/repair, such as but not limited to damages, breakages, excessive trash removal, stains missing items that occur during your stay in the house. The guest acknowledges that a form will be sent by email and must be signed immediately. The guest also agrees to fill out the form in good faith in. The apartament will be inspected within 48 hours of your check-out. In case of damages found and we were not notified by the guest. The guest will be charged the total amount of the damage directly from the credit card on the agreement.
PET POLICY- NO PETS ALLOWED: For the convenience of other guests and in an effort to help us provide the most sanitary accommodations available, pets are not permitted. In the event that you bring a pet, your credit card will be charged a nonrefundable fee of U$450.00 USD (Four Hundred and Fifty U.S Dollars) per pet and you could be additionally charged for any pet stain or other damaged caused by pet.
SMOKING- This property is 100% smoke free. Absolutely no smoking is allowed in the house. In case of smoking in the house, there will be an additional nonrefundable fee of $500.00 USD (Five Hundred U.S Dollars) charged on the credit card on file.
TRASH/TRASH REMOVAL- You will be expected to empty full trash bins and dispose of garbage bags in appropriate compactor (varies per communities). There will be an additional $100.00 USD fee per bin charged on the credit card on file for an excessive amount of trash left in the house.
BATHROOMS- Please do not put sanitary napkins, paper towels or anything other than toilet paper in the toilet bowls. For your convenience, there are toilet plungers provided. If a professional plumber is needed contact us.
AIR CONDITIONING- Please note that air conditioner will be already set up on a pleasant temperature and should NOT be set below 70 F or above 78 F degrees. If the A.C. unit freezes or is damaged you will be liable for charges and repairs. Please keep windows and doors closed when A/C is ON to maintain temperature, reduce humidity and to save energy. If you need assistance to change A/C temperature, please contact us during our business hours or email us.
SECURITY- In case of emergency please call 911.For your safety, please make sure to keep all windows and doors closed and locked all the time. Landlord and CIVO are not responsible for damages, lost or stolen personal or property items. It is the guest responsibility to properly secure the house when leaving the property. When needed, we always inform our guest the name of the person who will contact them such as: plumber, handyman, etc. If any unauthorized person try to contact you, please call us immediately at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). Do not give access to any unauthorized person to the apartament.
CHECK-IN- Check-in time is 16:00pm or after. Guest must notify us the approximately check-in time so we can plan accordingly. In case of check-in time after business hours, refunds or discount will not be provided. Guest agrees to follow check-in time procedures. At the time of the check-in, guest must present credit card used for the reservation and provide 2 identification documents. Credit card holder must be present at the time of the check-in.
CHECK-OUT - Check-out time is at 11:00 am. Guest agrees that if fails to vacate the property by 11:00 am on the check-out day, a fee equal to one day’s rent will be charged on the credit card on file. No refunds or discounts provided if checking-out before 11 am. Late check-out must be notified and authorized by CIVO in advance and available until 6 pm only. A fee on the amount of half of the nightly rate will be charged. The late check-out fee will be automatically charged on the credit card provided.
DAMAGES - In accordance with Florida State Law, CIVO reserves the right to charge the credit card provided above to cover any incidental damages that is not covered by the accidental damage protection. Should you notice any damage/irregularities upon your arrival and, it is your responsibility to contact us with-in 24 hours and report those issues in writing via e-mail to: (EMAIL HIDDEN) or (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). Any damage occurred during your stay must be notified before your check out date to be covered by the insurance company. Otherwise the guest will pay for any damage even if the insurance was hired.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED: In order to validate the reservation guest must send to us by email at (EMAIL HIDDEN) all requirements below:? - vacation homes rental rules and agreement signed,
- a legible copy of identification document with picture from the credit card holder ,- a legible copy front and back of the credit card used to book the vacation home
OCCUPANCY:Guest is aware of the limit number of guests allowed in the property during rented period. Guest must inform us about the total of guests’ numbers staying in the property.
ATTORNEY’S FEES: If LANDLORD employs an attorney due to Guest’s violation of the terms and conditions of this agreement, GUEST shall be responsible for all costs and reasonable attorney’s fees as incurred by the landlord whether or not suit is filed. LANDLORD and GUEST waive the right to demand a jury trial concerning any litigation between LANDLORD and GUEST.
OTHER INFORMATION: Guest is aware that we have a user manual instructions for the appliances in the apartament, a notice on the A/C control as a reminder of how to use it, a Book with all our rental rules and resort parking policy. Guest is also aware that we have an emergency email to contact us after business hours: (EMAIL HIDDEN) and agrees that all our contact information has been provided.
MANDATORY CLEANING: A cleaning fee of US$(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) and Thirty U.S. Dollars) charged on the reservation is related to the final cleaning after guest check-out. Guest(s) is aware and agrees that cleaning fee or any other additional cleaning that has been paid does not include excessive amount of trash if needed to be removed and for damages or stain on the carpet or any other furniture such as sofa, mattress, pillows that will need to be clean/removed or replaced.
Guest/credit cardholder agrees with all rental terms, agrees to provide all required documents, sign bellow and send agreement back to us in order to receive booking confirmation. Non compliance of all requests above, will result in no access to the property. Unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate any guest without agreeing with full terms of our rental rules and regulations specified above, no exception.
