This newly renovated two-bedroom apartment is overlookinging the Peconic River. Within walking distance to the train station, aquarium, 3 local craft breweries and several restaurants. It includes a kitchenette with a refrigerator, Keurig Coffee maker and microwave in the living space, 3 smart" televisions and bathroom with double vanities, continental breakfast, and snacks included.
This apartment is convenient to many local attractions including Long Island Aquarium, Tanger outlet Mall, North Fork vineyards and local breweries. It is within walking distance of several restaurants. The Long Island railroad station is less than a mile. Wifi access is provided. The apartment is up one staircase, so may not be appropriate for people who cannot maneuver steps. Also, there is no babygate at the top of the stairs, so would not be appropriate for young children.
Guests will have access to entire two-bedroom apartment. The apartment has a kitchenette with microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and refrigerator. There are 3 "smart" tvs that have Internet access including Netflix, Pandora, etc. I provide cereals, milk, yogurt, coffee and teas for breakfast.

This apartment is the second floor of a commercial building. Parking is available on the street only. It is a rather busy street, but I have installed double paned glass windows throughout and have blackout curtains. There is no babygate and the stairway is open. Guests are expected to treat the apartment as their home.
I am a professional chef and culinary educator by trade. I love boating, gardening and swimming. I practice sustainability whenever possible...our house has solar energy, we have a recycling program in our home and we eat local fare as often as possible. I joined the airbnb community to share the North Fork and the wonders that it has to offer!
