Katrin's place was perfect for my visit. The neighbourhood is really great and very close to the L train. Katrin's instructions were really detailed and easy to understand. Overall it was a good stay!

I enjoyed staying at Katrin’s studio. It’s stylish and very cute. Photos are accurate. However only thing is I thought the place should’ve had a television. Overall enjoyed my stay.

Katrin’s place is very conveniently located close to the L-train. Everything is as described in the listing. It’s a small space, but everything works as it should.

Lovely flat with all the bits you need, has a full oven which is a rareity. Great location as well, would definitely stay again!

Katrin was a very responsive host. There was a bit of a mix-up with the check-in date and when we arrived the room had not been cleaned, but Katrin answered back very quickly and even refunded the cleaning fee. The room was very cute and having a full kitchen was great. There is …

So sorry about the cleaning mix up! I had given the cleaner the wrong date by mistake accident in a text message and I sincerely apologize for this oversight. Normally it is professionally cleaned until it sparkles :) I'm glad you had a good time otherwise and of course refunding the cleaning fee was the least I could do!

Katrin’s place is perfect for 2-3 people! Great comfy bed, bright and colorful, and with a nice shower. Subway is so closeby and there’s a great cheap deli to get some good sandwiches.
Katrin is also great at responding quickly!! Come stay here, it’s great.
