Please disclose pets prior to your stay. There is a $50.00 pet fee, per pet, per stay that is payable before by phone or upon arrival by cash or credit card.
Why did the little bird cross the beach? To get to Sandpiper #388, of course - it’s the closest she can get to a stupendous shelter and still be on the sand!
A big, beautiful living area greets your arrival, and with a dining table set for six, relaxing guests can chat with visitors in the adjacent seating area. Turn on the gas fireplace and settle in to take in the view through expansive windows where the rolling Pacific is always on show. If it’s dark out, it might be time for a movie on the 48” flat screen TV. If anyone’s brought along a little work to catch up on, there’s a handy nook off the living room to make into your temporary office.
The kitchen is a separated space, with a small eating table and all white appliances. For your longer stays or post-beach adventures, you’ll appreciate the laundry room’s washer/dryer for a quick clean up.
Off the living room, a small hallway leads to a bathroom and a bedroom that has one queen and one twin sized bed in it. 17 steps takes you upstairs to the master bedroom that has a queen sized bed, ocean views and a 32-inch flat screen T.V. Two other bedrooms upstairs offer plenty of sleeping arrangements, one room with a queen bed and the 2nd with two twins. The upstairs bathroom with a shower/tub combo is roomy enough for a soak after a fun filled day on the beach.
Out front is where your outdoor living begins! It’s a short four steps up from the walkway to a deck you dream about, with views of the beach and the ocean, picnic tables for dining or just reposing, lots of seating for sunbathing and a charcoal grill ready to cook up the day’s catch or some impromptu s’mores!
Located in a quiet Midtown neighborhood, you’ll be within walking distance to all you could desire, with restaurants, coffee roasters, brewers, galleries and shops nearby. Don’t miss the summer Farmers Market on Tuesdays, just a block away and perfect for stocking up on supplies or enjoying ready-made meals.

Check in time is 4 pm and departure is 11 am. Check in time may be delayed occasionally depending on the season.
Blankets and bath towels are to remain on the property, please do not take them outside.
Upon leaving please load and start the dishwasher or wash up any dishes. Close and lock all windows and lock all exterior doors. Please do strip the beds, leave them unmade.
Tsunami/Earthquake Warning: If you hear a warning siren while on the beach - please get off the beach immediately and always head to high ground east of Hwy 101 as quickly as possible.
Fireworks: The State of Oregon and City of Cannon Beach prohibit the use of any fireworks on the beach. Only fireworks legal in the State of Oregon are permitted in the neighborhoods.
Those things beyond our control: Cannon Beach Vacation Rentals is not responsible for events or occurrences beyond our control, whether man made or natural. Water shortage, flooding, construction at adjacent properties, loss of power, water or plumbing system breakdowns, pest infestations, appliance malfunctions, telephone, cable service or interruption of heating due to service or equipment failure, mandatory evacuations of the area by State of Oregon, Clatsop County or City of Cannon Beach due to tsunamis or other potentially dangerous situations will not result in refunds.
No Smoking - None of our rentals allow smoking inside the home whatsoever. Smokers must either smoke outside or off the property. Under all circumstances cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. Failure to take proper care of your debris will result in additional charges for cleaning interior/exterior of property.
The number of people allowed to stay at a rental is first determined by the City of Cannon Beach or Arch Cape. This rule applies to any occupant over the age of 2 and is noted on the all website descriptions of the property. There are no exceptions. Failure to comply is a violation of City ordinance and the rental agreement and is subject to fine and immediate eviction from the property.
Pets: Many of our homes allow dogs, none allow cats. Pets must be confined to those homes that are specified as pet friendly. Undeclared pets found in or about a no pet house are grounds for expedited eviction and forfeiture of any monies paid and a non- declared pet charge of $150.00 per week. All pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed, even on the beach.
Parking: The number of cars permitted is primarily determined by the City of Cannon Beach or Arch Cape. Each house has a parking plan posted in the house and provided at check in. There are no exceptions to the number of permitted vehicles. Additional vehicles can be legally parked on city streets where allowed. At no time will campers or RV`s be allowed to park on the rental property. Other arrangements must be made at the local RV Park or with direct communication with the Cannon Beach Police Department.
Medical Emergency: In the event of a medical emergency, please call 911. Cannon Beach Rural Fire Protection District will respond to all emergency calls. The nearest hospital is located in Seaside approx. 10 miles north of Cannon Beach.
