The apartment is the pool level of a 3 level villa, with a beautifull sea-view. The apartment is perfect for 2 guest, but it can easily accommodate 4 guests. The pool and garden area is used by all of the guest of the house. The pool area has a grill, loungers and table with chairs for all guest to use. The garden has a smoker grill, loungers and a playhouse for children. The property is fenced and the garden has fruits, herbs and vegetables that all guest can eat and use.

Other neighbors are not that close. (you will have full privacy). There is only one house to the east, but the plant wall helps with privacy. Marušići in general is a old seaside village, in these day it is more oriented towards turism.
