Thanks for the feedback Jennifer, we always appreciate input on how we can do our jobs better and/or make our cabins more comfortable for our guests.
We are certainly sorry that the central AC didn't meet your expectations. Many cabins do not have AC, so this is something we are proud to offer to guests as it can defiantly get warm during the day in the summer. We haven't had any prior complaints so are scheduling a service just in case something is wrong so thank you for the heads up.
We are also sorry that our spa service fell during your stay, we do opt for the companies top package for twice a week service to keep the spa fresh for our guests. We share this info in our welcome email but will add to our listing too as we don't want that to be a surprise to anyone. (For future guests reading this, our service days are Thursday and Monday and our spa maintenance man Matt makes his rounds between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. with each service taking around 20 minutes. He always knocks on the door before tending to the spa so that he doesn't surprise anyone. If you are out and about and don't answer he will proceed with the service).
