The living room and Master bedroom are equipped with wall-mounted flatscreen TVs, with cable + Netflix! One of the most exclusive features of this desirable rental is the large balcony directly overlooking the sprawling and beautiful Lake Winnepesaukie!! Fully air conditioned condo. See the fireworks every Friday at 10:00PM from your own screened in balcony.

Guests must bring their own Sheets & Towels. The beds have blankets, comforters, and pillows. But NO SHEETS & NO TOWELS are supplied.
