Our spacious and charming Island farmhouse has everything you need to enjoy a PEI waterfront getaway. Our property is in a unique location backed by a river with dock (known to incite romantic marriage proposals!) and also a short walk from a secluded and beautiful beach at the end of the point!
Picture yourself relaxing in the hot tub on the screened in back deck; Kayaking down Flat River; Exploring the coastlines by bicycle; or sitting riverside by the fire pit!

Our spacious island farmhouse has been recently renovated and updated with a large kitchen, complete with farmhouse sink and custom wooden countertops. Downstairs you will also find a large bathroom with soaker tub, beautiful sunporch, living and dining areas, office as well as a large screened in back deck overlooking Flat River.
Upstairs features four bedrooms. Master bedroom with Queen sized bed, walk in closet and full bathroom. Second bedroom also has a Double sized bed with full bathroom. The third bedroom has a Double sized bed. And the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. A Double sized mattress can also be used to sleep additional quests.
