Sarete a pochi passi da tutti i mezzi pubblici (metro-tram-bus) e a 15 minuti a piedi dal Colosseo. Via Balilla è una piccola e caratteristica strada alberata con palazzine, ognuna di un colore differente e tutte con giardino interno. L'appartamento affaccia sui giardini: sarete immersi nel verde e svegliati dal canto degli uccellini!
