Our house has a self contained guest house situated on a 4ha (10 acre) lifestyle block offering you a quiet and peaceful location. It has a comfortable queen size bed with separate ensuite, kitchen and lounge. We can accommodate an extra adult/child (double sofa bed or single mattress) we have all the necessary things for babies and toddlers. Tea, coffee, milk and toast come free of charge. We are located 12 minutes from Christchurch CBD, near Prebbleton and 15 minutes to the airport.

Off-street covered parking, although it can be snug for large vehicles.

We have a friendly golden retriever who may pop down to say hello :)

Walking distance to local wineries. The cottage is separate to our house, which is set on approx 10 acres of land.
