Very clean comfortable 3/2 private home on a waterfront canal by Laguna Madre Bay. We follow the Airbnb’s 5-step enhanced cleaning process. We have Security Camera's and home Alarm system. Back yard is a hit with everyone, very relaxing. You can fish off the dock in the back yard or take the kayaks. Mustang Island beach is near by. We provide life jackets for the kayaks but we are not responsible for accidents. NO bottom fishing!! Bring your own poles, hooks, bobbers & bait. Pet Fee $40 per pet

The Cape Escape is a beautiful 2 bd/2 bath located on the ground floor and is the perfect location for families, fishermen, relaxation, and watching the wildlife. Close enough to town to enjoy all that Rockport has to offer, however; far enough away to soak up the peace and quiet you will find here.
