It has a separate entrance, and is approximately 1,000 square feet. Set on a peaceful acre of land along the Genesee River. Enjoy Rochester from this historic mansion with tons of character and charm.

Our place is clean, bright and spacious. It is a truly warm and inviting space for 1 - 4 guests. We are located in the heart of the Park Avenue neighborhood, where restaurants, cafés and shops are just steps away. It is a super comfortable place with a strong home away from home vibe. We have a very simple check in process and no "chore" list for guests. We are happy to host a maximum of 4 guests. Only guests included in the reservation may be on the property.
