Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. With under-floor heating, a Sauna and a full cinema system with screen and a stunning audio system from Monitor Audio. Originally built in the mid 1600’s, The Byre was converted from a cow shed to a dwelling in the mid 1980’s. It has recently undergone a full refurbishment to bring it up to date. We are surrounded by 15,000 acres of forests, perfect for walking and cycling. A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome and we ask that dogs are not allowed on the soft furnishings or on the beds.
