The apartment (Penthouse) has a vertical garden terrace, a bedroom with a 1.60 x 2.0 meter double bed, wardrobes and a safe. Kitchen equipped with: Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Induction hob, Toaster, Kettle and Nexpresso. “MINHA CASINHA" é uma pequena casa independente, tradicional, com um enorme pátio exterior e jardim. Todos os espaços exteriores são partilhados com a casa do anfitrião. A casinha está numa zona residencial, muito tranquila, com boas áreas, muita luz. O jardim tem espreguiçadeiras onde pode relaxar e apanhar um bom banho de sol!...O terraço, com telheiro, tem uma mesa para refeições ao ar livre. Está tudo preparado para que se sinta confortável como em sua própria casa, num ambiente familiar.

The house is located 19km from Porto and 28km from the airport. It emerges on a hill in front of one of the most beautiful bends on the Douro river. You can enjoy not only the house, but also the terrace overlooking the river, the lush gardens around it, the pool area and also 2 barbecue areas. With 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people. If you want to explore the property, there are also areas where we grow crops or fruit trees, do not hesitate to help yourself to some fresh fruits!
