Cozy and compact studio in residential area downtown Reykjavík. The small studio is within my house, has private entrance but closed off with a sliding door. I live upstairs. Small kitchen unit, refrigerator, water boiler, Nespresso machine (no oven/stove). Big double bed, desk, two chairs and a sofa. Shower room with floor heating. Main shopping street, restaurants, cafés, bars, in- and outdoor swimming pool, museums and other attractions minutes away. Great coffee house & bakery steps away.

A studio apartment in central quiet area, suitable for 2 persons. (3rd guest possible, but tight) along with bike and gear area, available upon request great for packing and unpacking the Iceland expedition of lifetime. Free parking on site for up to 3 cars. A fully functioning kitchenette and lounge chair. Outdoors dining area with gas BBQ, ideal for sunny afernoons. Important: Warm shower is outdoors! Walking distance 4 min. to local swimming pool and store. Along with the local bar Mossley.

Cosy apartment in a peacful area, only 25-30 minutes away from city center. Mount. Esjan is in easy reach away with numerous trails and stunning views of the southwestern part of the country. Here we have the northern lights dancing upon us and all around the beautiful mountain scenery during the winter months. During the summertime you can enjoy the spectacular and unique midnight sun in the pure Icelandic nature. We also offer guided hikes and northern light tours upon request.

Small studio by the ocean

Stay in the peaceful and charming Alftanes (Gardabaer), which we call "The countryside within the city". It is a family friendly neighborhood, we are located right between downtown Reykjavik (15 min. drive) & The Blue Lagoon (20-25 min. drive). & Kef intl. airport 30-35 mín drive. If this area is good enough for The President of Iceland to live, it probably is for you too! This is a quiet family area, and the ocean is right behind our property with beautiful views over Reykjavík.
