It is really fun to walk around and people on this street. All the main attractions of the city centre, like “The Big Church”, Sun Voyager, Harpa Concert Hall, Parliament Square, Town Hall, City Pond, Rainbow Street are all walking distance from our front door. There are about 100 restaurants, coffee houses and bars within walking distance.

Lyngholt is the name of this little house, it is located in Bræðratunga in the outskirt of Mosfellsbæ, only 50 minutes drive from the International Airport. Lyngholt is surrounded with fir trees and birch, moss and mountains, with hiking trails all around, and near by is the lake Hafravatn. 2 km to the next grocery store, and 3 km to the center of Mosfellsbæ, where you can find a bakery, restaurants and library. About 600 meters to the bus stop, where you can take the bus to Reykjavík centrum

No public transport. Free public parking across the street. The house is in front of a primary school which I love because it is so alive when the children go out to play. The school started at 08:30 and you might hear the bell ringing and children and parents coming to school.
