Towpath Landing is a 55 acre peninsula with 18 waterfront cabins that I am bringing back to life. Cabin8 has expansive views of the Erie Canal/Mohawk River, fully stocked kitchen, bathroom/shower, grill, firepit, kayaks and is on the Vischer Ferry Bike Trail. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy beautiful views of Pittsfield State Forest. Super close to Tanglewood, the Berkshires, Jiminy Peak, Balderdash Winery, Ramblewild, Queechy Lake, Shaker Ridge Trails and much more. The house is on 2 1/2 acres. It is a charming, cozy, and welcoming home with plenty of outdoor space. Families will love sitting by the fire pit and roasting marshmallows. Dogs are welcome for a small fee.

Lake House in Averill Park, NY

Our lake house is on Glass Lake in Averill Park, NY. In case you want to venture off, it is close to Saratoga (race season!), the Berkshires MA, Albany NY, and Vermont. Incredibly private with spacious property. Our lake house is great for families with kids and couples, and handicap accessible. It is great for any season (leaves, skiing, fishing, swimming). Kayaks, row boat.....and the lake!! Booking guest must be at least 25 years old.
