Welcome to our quiet little getaway, just 1 mile from Cheney Reservoir and 20 miles from NW Wichita! Enjoy yourselves in a very peaceful neighborhood with amazing sunsets. We have worked to make this space inviting to a larger group or family. There is a large living room with plenty of seating and enough space in the house to sleep 11 on a bed or fold-out couch. The driveway is large enough for plenty of your family and friends to park, and the yard has ample space for multiple activities!

Bring the whole family to this Mustang themed, newly remolded home where you'll find everything you need to enjoy a comfy and peaceful stay! Only a few blocks to the city park with water park, pickleball courts and only minutes from Hutch and Sterling. Sit on the porch or at the firepit enjoying the wildlife, cook burgers on the grill and relax. You may also want to run a jacuzzi bath tub and kick back. The Chicken House in Yoder

Come experience our 1940s chicken house turned guesthouse! Includes Wi-Fi, kitchenette, smart TV, and super comfy bed. Even though the Chicken House is a tiny 300 sq ft, windows make it feel open and airy. A futon can accommodate one additional guest. Pack-n-play available upon request.
