The deck attached to the unit is for your exclusive use Public transport , bus and train are within walking distance as are a wide choice of restaurants. There is easy access to SH1 (Motorway) in both directions North and South. We offer free off street parking. We are well off the main road so the property is both safe and quiet

The separate bathroom is fully tiled with a large walk in shower. There is also a spacious walk in wardrobe with ample room for your suitcases. A washing machine is in this area. This is a smoke and pet free property.

Five mins away is Parnell, the Domain, and the Newmarket shopping centre, which offers 240 stores, rooftop dining, and a train station. 8 mins to Mission Bay/Kohi/St Heliers Beaches.
