Nestled on 16 acres w/ oak trees and a 25 acre spring-fed lake, the Barn is decorated just like it was on the show (we did add a 2-story 800 sq ft deck). The place dreams are made of as you sit back, in the very same furniture Joanne picked, while you enjoy watching that very episode! It's a truly magical experience & a must do!

2-story living space sleeps up to 6. Downstairs has a kitchenette (no stove or kitchen sink) with a microwave, coffee pot, mini frig and utensils. Dish tub provided, and you can wash dishes outside. Outdoor charcoal grill. 2 can sleep on the Futon sofa bed. Lg walk in shower in bathroom. Upstairs has 1 queen, 2 twin beds with 1/2 bath. Outdoor charcoal grill, electric skillet & air fryer. Located on 300-acre farm on Ouachita River with easy access for floats, fishing & private hikes.

While here feel free to gather flowers from the meadow, or stroll under the majestic oaks. The porch has a café table and chairs.

Hillside Hideaway-Unique 2 BR Spacious Cottage!

This unique home has been furnished to an excellent, cozy standard. Like nothing you have ever experienced before, it’s the ideal retreat for a quiet country stay, located close to the CMA Headquarters and only about 17 miles from Wolfpen Gap ATV trails. The house sits in the middle of 40 acres which is free for you to explore when you stay here. Get ready to get inspired! Away from everything. All in all, guaranteed enjoyment and relaxation.

The Cabin -Unit C @ Ravine Retreat-Walk to trails!

500 square foot Cabin, that feels secluded but is in an old neighborhood right off the main road that takes you downtown & shares the property with a separate rentable house and apartment (100 feet from the Cabin). Parking is limited and shared with other guests. Very narrow spiral staircase (2 feet). 200lb weight limit on hammock chairs. We highly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance, especially in the winter months. No Locals.
