A casa fica em Piratininga, bairro muito aconchegante ee calmo. Situada na segunda quadra da praia de Piratininga (aproximadamente 3 min a pé ) em uma rua residencial muito arborizada e tranquila. Tem uma ótima piscina rodeada por um jardim muito gostoso, churrasqueira e espreguiçadeiras de piscina para melhor atender o espaço de lazer. Casa com Wi-Fi, suítes no térreo e segundo andar, todos com Split e ventilador. OBS: O espaço conta com um caseiro para a manutenção da piscina e jardim.

Our Suite is a "studio" type apartment, carefully designed to receive our friends and guests, and can accommodate up to 3 people, with a double bed and a sofa bed.
