Our charming beach home is situated in an exclusive and peaceful seaside neighborhood surrounded by beautiful homes and gardens, walking distance from the sea. Due to the elevated situation of the home, you will enjoy the pleasant sea breeze and beautiful views from your private garden with BBQ and pool. The home has been tastefully designed with new furniture and decoration. High speed internet. Although shops and restaurants are a 5 min drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded.

Saldrá caminado del residencial y en 3 minutos pisará la fina arena de la costa almeriense. Un extenso arenal de 7 kilómetros que conecta Garrucha con Vera Playa y Villaricos. Mojacar es un pueblo vecino con mucho encanto.
