Situación inmejorable, a escasos 5minutos caminando del casco antiguo del Puerto de la Cruz, paseo marítimo y playas. También es perfecta para grupos de trabajo disponiendo de todas las comodidades para trabajar simultáneamente todos los huéspedes.

Wonderful 70 m2 attic with amazing panoramic views to the ocean, plus 30 m2 private solarium on the top. Nice ambient with special decoration. Ideal for couples or families of 4 people, although it can afford 6 using the bed sofa in the living room. It has two bedrooms, one looking to the sea and another one to the common gardens. A swimming pool is also available in the common areas. The complex is a quiet zone, no parties allowed. Sorry but no pets either.

A few minutes walk, there are supermarkets and restaurants. And just 20 minutes away by foot, you can find Martiánez Lake and Beach.

The white and blue fisherman-style apartment on the fifth floor (WITHOUT ELEVATOR), is newly refurbished, near the harbour, old town and beach. There is a free big park place only 5 minutes walk from the apartment, " Parking el Muelle ".

Villa Green Ocean is a secluded private villa (builted on 2019) made with quality materials and designed exclusively for being a holiday home, functional and extremely comfortable. The plot is 300 m2 and the house is 90 m2. The ample terrace is just a dream, inviting you to have a drink while you just lie down and relax by the pool (5 m x 2,50 m).
