Welcome to my harbour in my home town, from where I depart from the various journeys around the world to photograph its most fascinating and moving stories. My grandfathers were born in this house, and later used it as a barn and cowshed. Abandoned in the last decades, I renewed it and furnished with recycled vintage stuff. My family living close-by run a biological farm, producing honey, eggs, oil and vegetables. I would call it an oasis of peace in a vanishing traditional world.

Il risultato è uno stretto contatto con il suggestivo affaccio panoramico sulla pianura padana che spazia fino agli Appennini. Da qui si può facilmente ammirare in tutta la sua bellezza il volo del gheppio nella vallata antistante, che ha ispirato il nome dell’alloggio.
