This charming home is located in a small forest next to the Village of Brunate, just 15 minutes away from the city of Como and from his lake. Enjoy the mountain with its breathless panorama, take a walk through its paths, ride a mountain bike on a fresh summer afternoon. In just half an hour car ride you can get to the best villages on the souther part of the lake where you can enjoy the experience of renting a boat, swimming or watersky. In one hour you can reach the northern side of the lake or reach the swiss alps for a refreshing kayak ride. In autumn and winter is a great place to relax next to the fireplace, enjoy the typical local dishes and walk in the nature. The apartment is located at the ground floor and it is composed by a living room, a kitchen, two small bedrooms in the mezzanine (one pass through the bathroom), one bathroom. The apartment has a private car park inside the Villa. No A/C and Wi-Fi.
