The Sole apartment is situated in the heart of our estate. It has total living area of 40mq in which you will find extremely comfortable and well kept rooms, including 4 sleeping accomodations, a bedroom, a bathroom and kitchen. The external pergola, full of colorful flowers, is the best feature of the apartment down here you can spend some relaxing summer evenings. The swimming pool is completely salt, 6x12, with a variable depth from 80cm to 2,30m. It can be used by our guests at any time.

Perched on a hillside above the Valdarno area, between the cities of Florence, Arezzo and Siena, the Lazy Oak villa is surrounded by acres of olive groves. The main house on two level has been fitted with bedrooms, bathrooms and new kitchen whilst retaining its old terracotta floors and beamed ceilings. A dining loggia for al fresco meals enjoys a breathtaking view of the countryside. The infinity pool is set just a few steps from the house on a green terrace furnished with loungers.
