The house offers two double bedrooms with air conditioning and TV, two bathrooms, a spacious living area with fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher, plus an extra room with washing machine and sofa. Outside, a rustic covered patio with dining table and built-in barbecue is ideal for outdoor meals in total peace.

Immersa nell'arcobaleno dei colori delle crete senesi, la struttura arredata con cura si sviluppa su oltre 130 metri quadrati: ampia camera padronale, cameretta, due bagni, cucina, soggiorno ed ampio salone con camino da cui si accede al soppalco zona di relax e eventuale ulteriore posto letto esternamente un ampio giardino con veranda.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene place. Listen to the sounds of church bells and birds in the olive grove. If you like a good walk you can walk up the hill to Cortona (you need to be pretty fit though!) or drive up, park in the free car park in town and walk back, the sunsets are breathtaking. The road to the house is a "strada bianca" a white road, although it's a narrow country road, all types of cars will be able to drive to the house.

The house has internal stairs and has not an heating sistem... can be rented only may to september.
