The apartment has been recently renovated and it is situated above a local winery, Dacapo Cà ed Balos, which will make your stay even more special. The apartment si located between Langhe and Monferrato.There is also a back yard with a barbeque grill!City tax €2.00/pax/night for max 5 nights.

Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

In zona Orti, nelle primissime vicinanze al polo Universitario e all'ospedale, stadio , monolocale arredato, sito al primo piano, servito da ascensore. L'immobile apre su unica zona openspace, con cucina attrezzata, completa di elettrodomestici e piastra elettrica, letto matrimoniale e comodo armadio dove poter riporre gli effetti personali. Il bagno è completo di doccia e finestrato. A completamento impianto di climatizzazione e connessione wifi. E' inoltre presente la lavatrice.
