This is the quintessential beach house. Wooden structure, large deck with sea and mountain views and surrounded by fynbos. 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large open plan living space that is light and comfortable. The house is well equipped with an indoor wood burning fireplace & electric blankets . There is plenty of cutlery, crockery, glassware & other kitchen essentials including a food processor, French press and a Bialetti espresso coffee maker. There is a Weber Braai.

Watch glowing sunsets or whales and dolphins and the romantic mist over the cliffs with the sound of waves as your constant backdrop. We are 100 meters from the beach. We have solar backup, no worries about load shedding. Large, private 46m2 apartment only 100m from beach entrance. Indoor and outdoor showers - and a large outside bath for luxuriating whilst still close to nature. Spacious lounging area. Ideally positioned to walk to shops, restaurants and Village amenities and even closer to the main swimming, fishing and diving beach. Gas hob, fridge, microwave and good range of crockery & cooking utensils.

Large beachfront home, lovely views, newly and luxuriously renovated, great getaway for families and friends. Wonderful covered veranda looking onto beach and dunes with built-in barbecue. Comfortable living room leading onto veranda through french doors. Open plan, fully equipped kitchen, dining area. Second sitting room plus a new games room with table tennis and fussball. Six bedrooms, great beds, five bathrooms. Secure. Path leading directly onto beautiful swimming beach.

Beach cabin getaway in Pringle Bay

This is a tiny cabin built for the love of the Koegelberg nature biosphere. It floats on a sea of fynbos and lives out onto a large deck for breakfast with the birds, reading in the hammock, soaking in the fire bath, and dinner al fresco within earshot of the breaking waves. Rooiels Dream Cottage

Fully equipped 2 bedroom ‘Out-of-Africa’ bungalow. Self-catering. Sleeps 4 adults in 2-single beds, 1-queen/double. Loft area w/ skylight views of ocean and a full-size couch. Spacious lounge/dining/kitchen area connects to verandah. Separate bath/shower/toilet. Overlooks RE Nature Reserve with magnificent, unobstructed sunset views of False Bay. 150m to sea. Short walk to local pub/ beach. Braai, garage. Dog friendly but unfenced.

Seaside Sanctuary

Perfect home for re-connecting with friends and family, with a pool for the summer and fireplaces for the winter. The sand dunes are 15 meters from the house, and the beach a 3 minute walk Great for 1 or 2 families with up to 6 children, or 3 couples. Please note: not suitable for more than 6 adults. The house is set up with a well equipped kitchen, in- and outdoor braai, board/lawn games and a TV with Netflix.
