1 bdrm downstairs (full), 2 upstairs (trundle twin & king) 100 ft dock in June-Sept 20. Dogs and children welcome, but note: water access, steep stairs, no fence surrounding the property, and home isn’t baby proofed. MI state roadside park next door. A baby gate is provided but you’re responsible to set up if needed. We have 2 security cameras, one overlooks the driveway and other overlooks the lakeside/deck. We have well water and a septic system. No central AC, bdrm units installed for summer.

Work remote with high speed internet, desk. 4x4 recommended in winter

Waterfront Home on Black Lake

175ft Waterfront on Black Lake with 3 kayaks, 1 paddle board, and float mat. Fish from the dock, listen to the waves while reading, and absorb the sun. At night, watch the stars as you roast marshmallows around a campfire and sip a beverage. Large remodeled home with 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, 5 beds, sleeper sofa, deck, firepit, windows galore, pool table, washer/dryer, and up to 2 dogs are allowed ($50 fee). Saturday to Saturday rental from June 20-August 22. Bedrooms and full bath on 2nd floor.

Adjacent to over 4,000 acres of state land with trails, sinkholes, fossils, and pristine Lake Huron Lakeshore. Quiet, peaceful setting. Clean, comfortable and updated house with all amenities. Stunning night skies. Wake up and walk out onto the deck to enjoy the amazing songs of the Wood Thrush, Veery Thrush and Hermit Thrushes. Wildlife abound.

Black Lake Cabin Retreat

Clean cabin with UP NORTH log furniture nestled above the picturesque sunset side of beautiful BLACK LAKE! Black Lake is a 10,000 acre all sports lake. The cabin sits on a hill (not on the lake) about 35 ft from another home on 40 acres and has 105 ft of private lake frontage shared with my another unit. Wildlife along with flower gardens throughout the property. Black Mountain Recreational Area is 10 minutes away. Mackinaw, Petoskey, Ocqueoc Falls 45 minutes away. Restaurants 10 minutes away.

There is a public beach and boat launch access to the north, and the Onaway State Park is within walking distance to the south which also has beach and boat launch access and plenty of trails to hike. It is a short drive to Black Mountain recreational area for your hiking, ATVing, or snowmobiling adventures. Black Lake golf club is a 6-minute drive and Ocqueoc Falls is a 14-minute drive.
