Bienvenue chez nous! Nous mettons à votre disposition cette grande maison (presque 200m2 en tout) est idéale pour des vacances en famille (grande famille ou 2 familles!). Il y a donc 3 niveaux à la maison, avec l'appartement en Rez de jardin, et la maison en Rez de chaussée et premier étage. Vous disposerez de 3 chambres dans la maison: -une avec un grand lit 160 par 200 ( 2 pers) -une avec 2 lits 90 par 190 + un lit 160x190 -une avec 1 lit toboggan simple Ce qui fait 7 couchages en haut Max Côté confort, rien ne devrait trop manquer puisque nous y habitons tout le reste de l'année. La cuisine est aménagée (four double cuisson, micro-onde, grand frigo américain, lave vaisselle, grille-pain, bouilloire…) wifi machine à laver/ sèche-line piscine (privée) Terrasse parking fermé (2-3 voitures max) avec portail automatique Au Rez de jardin, un appartement indépendant vous offrira 45m2 entièrement équipés pour 4 personnes: avec une chambre (lit 140), cuisine, salle de bain, salon avec clic clac ( pour 2 couchages). La solution idéale pour que chacun garde un peu d'autonomie/ intimité ! Côté jardin il y a, à gauche de la maison, un petit mini potager, un petit coin avec une pelouse, de la verdure... à droite de la maison c'est la piscine, avec terrasse, hamac, plancha... il y a également un brasero pour les soirées grillades au coin du feu. Un grand parc de jeux situé à 1OO m. nombreux attraits touristiques aux alentours : villages fortifiés, grottes, parc animalier, abbayes, lacs, sources naturelles d'eau chaude, Canyoning.... nature omniprésente à chaque fenêtre, qui donne envie d'aller randonner! nombreux points d'eau de montagne à proximité. plages à 45 minutes (canet, saint cyprien...) Petit passage par l'Espagne en 1h. (Réduction possible pour la location de 2 semaines consécutives. )

The pool and partially covered terrace with summer kitchen are ideal for family days by the pool and wonderfull warm evenings, as the sun sets, aperos are laid out and the barbecue fired up. With the Pyrenees around you and the Mediterranean only one hour away, there's so much to explore. Sunday changeovers preferred, please ask.

Het appartement (66m²) is comfortabel en geschikt voor één tot vier personen. De uitzichten vanuit de salon en vanaf het terras zijn adembenemend. Grenache beschikt over twee aparte slaapkamers. Één slaapkamer is gelegen op de benedenverdieping, de tweede op de bovenverdieping. Beide slaapkamers hebben een badkamer met inloopdouche en een wastafel.
