Nestled in a serene, luscious garden, the Residence of renowned painter Nikos Nikolaou has been transformed into an oasis, with six independent studios, decorated with works of the painter. It is ideal for couples, families or larger groups that can stay in multiple studios. Studio Elia boasts a private entrance, accommodating up to 3 people (2 adults & 1 child) in a queen bed and sofa bed, a small kitchenette, bathroom and beautiful terrace. This studio can be connected with studio Rhodi.

Kleopatra Cottage

A 70sqm house with a bed room, livingroom with fire place, kitchen and w.c with shower. It is located in a cottage of 4.300 sq meters full of olive trees. It is propter for a couple and 3 children or 3 persons and 1 child, or 4 adults. Iti is a relaxing place. In the village and the places around, anyone can ride bicycle and enjoy walking. You can reach the Monastery of Agios Nektarios walking in about 30 minutes.

The house is located near Myli harbor in AGISTRI and at the end of the village center 2 minutes walk from the sandy beach, grocery store, bakery and bike rental shop. Crystal clear waters, nice food and nightlife Sea and mountain view. Agistri with its island aura is one of the most sought after destinations as it is a breath away from Athens. This small authentic island is located in the heart of the Saronic.

Stone build cottage in Love Bay Poros

Old stone build cottage in a plot of land full of pine trees next to the sea with direct access to a small semi private beach. Only a couple of minutes walk from the house there is the "Love Bay" one of the islands most beautiful and well organized beaches. Poros town is around 3km away(5 min by car or taxi), and within a distance of less than 800m from the house there are 4 taverns.
