Our home has more amenities than any other in the area. It's a 5 bedroom, 4 bath, (3 are suites with private bathrooms) with 8 total beds. We have a game room & amazing outdoor area with a putting green and a private fenced pool and huge yard on the River Island golf course. Springville is 3 hours North of LA, 3.5 hours south of San Jose in the foothills of the Sierra mountains. We are 90 minutes South of Sequoia National Park and 45 minutes from Balch Park, home of the largest trees on earth.

We are in between Sequoia Forest (east) and Sequoia Park (north), with about an hour drive to each. We love to host remote workers/traveling health care providers.

A spacious, quiet guest cottage on a gated 1.6 acre property in the center of town. It is just a short drive from Sequoia National Forest, perfect for day trips. Parking is right in front of the house, a few steps to the door. Most of the year, we have seasonal fruits growing in the yard. You are welcome to stroll in the garden and pick fresh fruit off the tree. Wouldn't it be nice to pick your own oranges and have fresh squeezed juice in the morning!!

The Redwood Escape Home is five bedrooms/two baths and is conveniently located on the way to the Sequoia Nat'l Forest and the Sequoia Nat'l Monument. This home is located in the small town of Porterville and has easy access to the Sequoia National Monument. Very close to Highway 190, local shopping centers, and River Island Golf Course. Comes completely outfitted with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and a peaceful backyard/patio.

The Bunkhouse at Patterson Ranch

Stay in our charming 2-bedroom Bunkhouse on a 20-acre working ranch nestled in the Sierra Nevada foothills! Features include a cozy living room with sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, Apple TV, desk area, kitchenette (mini fridge, coffee maker, conv. oven, single burner), central AC/heat, and a bathroom with shower. Expect ranch vibes, worker comings and goings, and summer/fall dust! PET FEE is no longer refundable as most pet owners refuse to follow the rules.
