This unique place has a style all of its own. The Bothy is newly renovated and offers a peaceful, coastal getaway for 2. It is a twin bedded studio cottage with a separate bathroom and shower. There is a microwave, electric hob, toaster and kettle in the kitchen area. Dining table and chairs. Wall mounted TV and WiFi. There are several quiet beaches with wonderful coastlines to explore within walking distance. There is also the stunning St Medan Golf Course that welcomes visitors all year round.

The Gardeners Cottage @ Corvisel - cosy & quirky!

The Gardeners Cottage is set within the walled gardens of Corvisel House, built by Rear Admiral John McKerlie in 1829. We have restored the cottage in a vintage, quirky style with Donegal & Harris tweed soft furnishings & floral accents to reflect the glorious garden outside! It's located at the edge of Newton Stewart so very handy for evening strolls to the eateries in town. You can take walks in our small forest from the courtyard & hang out in the walled garden - green fingers are welcomed!!

Inside there is a king bedroom and charming twin bedroom, providing versatile sleeping arrangements.

Lovely 200 year old fully modernised cottage with fully fitted modern kitchen for guests to use. We provide a food cupboard with tea, coffee and cereal etc. We leave bread and milk , and soft drinks. If you require anything else, please let us know . Convenient downstairs toilet and an ensuite upstairs . Free wifi. Corlae Cottage, mountain and forest views

Nestled in a secluded glen surrounded by mountains and forest, comfortable family holiday accommodation in a detached cottage. Close to the Galloway Forest park, an excellent base for walking, mountain biking and star gazing due to the dark skies. The famous Southern Upland Way walking route is accessible on foot from the cottage along with other beautiful hill walking, including some impressive peaks with breathtaking views. Streams and pools nearby for paddling and wild swimming adventures.

The Old Toll House Petite and perfectly formed

Petite but perfectly formed The Old Toll house is a perfect base to explore Dumfries and Galloway. The Old Toll house was built in 1813 the same time as the bridge was built. It was the original Toll house used to collect the payment for people crossing between Newton Stewart and Minnigaff. The old wooden bridge and ford was replaced in 1813 John Rennie (The Elder) won the honour of the commission. Thomas Telford his competitor also submitted plans. Thank you for your booking.

Osprey Cottage sits only 20 meters from the beach in the pretty coastal fishing village of Dunure, benefitting from: Lounge, kitchen, bathroom (no bath) & 3 bedrooms, bedroom 1 on the ground floor with a king-size bed, bedroom 2 is upstairs, with a double bed and a en-suite shower room. Bedroom 3 is open plan with stairs leading down to the living area please see photos), sleeps 5, private parking, unlimited Wi-Fi, log burner, oil central heating, sea and castle views. Beautiful 2 bedroom cottage with stunning bay view

A two bedroom, two hundred year old cottage, Tide View is situated centrally in Scotland's book town, Wigtown. With stunning views over the bay and Galloway hills, you can relax with the whole family or friends. This beautiful area of Galloway has wonderful beaches, scenic hills and forests. A well behaved dog is welcome, the house is fully fenced (1.3m high at lowest point) and there are dog walking areas at the doorstep and a children's play park 50m away.

Well appointed cottage with spectacular setting and very private. Panoramic views over Luce Bay. Mull of Galloway lighthouse is the view from your double bed. Please note electric cars can be charged at Wigtown or Whithorn. Fast charges 50kw and 25p/kilowatt. Cottage wiring and fuses not suitable. The low power adds 4miles per charge and puts a great strain on the wiring/fuses. Like leaving a 8 bar heater on therefore not available at the cottage.
