This warm, quiet place is fully equipped with custom touches by Lorena de Estrada, a seasoned interior designer. Villa Rosa was inspired by the colonial architecture of Antigua, yet with a modern, beach influenced twist. It offers a spa-like retreat in a hidden corner of El Paredón. It is the home of artist residency, Studio Luce. Your booking supports the local library as every month we donate $500 to Majo the librarian to keep the library running and supporting education in El Paredón.

Villas Tortuga Paredon has two private 2000 square foot luxury villas. These ocean front villas are located in the beautiful beaches of Paredon, only a few steps away from the ocean, and only 2.5 hours south of Guatemala City. Each villa has 4 rooms, 4.5 bathrooms, with a total of 9 beds with a maximum capacity of 12 people. ($50 fee for each aditional guest above 8 guests per night per person).
