Epic Malibu Beach House!

This beautiful home is literally across the street from Zuma -- the biggest, best beach in Malibu with a long boardwalk (No worries about the tide or a “wet beach” like most of Malibu). There are ocean views from every room, a huge backyard, pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, outdoor hot shower, modern amenities - this house has it all and is the perfect haven! Long-term lease and discounts are an option, especially for anyone affected by the fires.

Hillside Getaway w/ pool

Extra Large studio apartment in a hillside home. NO TELEVISION SET Full private kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining area and pool (unheated.) there’s a unit directly above so there is some crossover noise and creeking as it’s a very old house (1930s) though there is ample privacy between the units and separate, private entrances. Full use of the pool. I do my best to let guests have the pool to themselves. BED IS ON SOFT SIDE

Really cool 2 bedroom, close to the beach!

My two bedroom apartment is all on the 2nd floor of the building. You will like it because it is close to the Oxnard harbor and beaches. My place is 35 minutes to Malibu and 40 minutes to Santa Barbara :) Note: The front door of this condo faces an alley. There is potential for noise from the neighbors and also noise from cars passing by.
