Bring your well behaved dog, they'll have a fenced lawn. Off street parking. Secure garage space for bikes. Breakfast is bread +spread, milk ,2 cereals , 2 jams, fruitbowl +juice , yoghurt, selection of tea and pod coffee + instant. Longer stays are discounted. Note : 2 energetic dogs living upstairs with us. With separate outside area :)

"Benrose Cottage" is set on a lifestyle farm property that is relaxing, away from the hustle and bustle and has beautiful views over the farmland. There is also a pond with beautiful natives and english trees. There are ducks and sometimes duckling on the pond. The cottage is brand new with all modern conveniences, warm and cosy with luxury linens and essentials. Only minutes from the motorway if you are heading north or south, very handy to the ferry if you need a stop over. Great Walks

"The Plimmerton Beach House"

"ABSOLUTE BEACH FRONT!" no kidding. smack bang on the beach in Plimmerton. Step off the deck onto the permanent sandy beach, yes really. Its a beach holiday experience. Fully furnished everything included, out door living at its best including-Spa, Hammocks, hot shower, kayaks, boogie boards, beach games, BBQ. So swim, shower, spa, hammock, eat, movie sleep and push repeat. Stroll along the beach for fish and chips or down to the train station for a night in town. Bachy and relaxed.

Right on the beach! Pukerua Bay

Art Deco kiwi beach house. Spectacular ocean views from the living area, patio and main bedroom. Walk across the road to the beach. Go swimming, snorkling, walking, exploring the rock pools and then fall asleep with the sound of the sea. Thé house is family friendly with a fenced, sheltered and flat backyard. There are fantastic walks in either direction along the beach or around the rocky foreshore. There are more walking tracks up the Goat Track and beyond to the clifftop.

Absolute waterfront

King, Queen and twin bedrooms, study. Bathroom with bath and shower. Washer and dryer in the laundry room. King bedroom upstairs has an ensuite and seperate toilet. Spacious living, fabulous kitchen, dishwasher and double door fridge freezer. Two balconies overlooking the sea. The garage now doubles as a carpeted playroom, with a dart board and you will find a cupboard full of “toys”. More than a dozen eating places, supermarket, liquor shop, chemist and the train, all close by.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. 5 mins to the beach. Cute private secluded cottage with its own sunny outdoor area to relax and enjoy. Excellent space for a couple. Office space with desk, office chair, wifi printer. Sonos system, smart TV with access to several streaming services. We’re a dog friendly environment if you have a well behaved pooch they can stay too 2 friendly dogs and your hosts live at the main house

Golden Gate Get-away... Right by the water!

Golden Gate Getaway is a cosy self contained apartment with a private entrance. It has a cosy master bedroom, a fully functioning kitchen with basic supplies & tea/coffee, a simplistic bathroom/laundry area and a brightly lit lounge room with TV, fast unlimited wifi & board games! We have set up a new work desk area too. There is close public transport to the city and access to water on both sides!

Little 6 Holiday Home Titahi Bay Beach

A great wee spot for visiting family nearby, short block courses at Whitireia, and pit stops for interisland ferry travellers. A two minute stroll to our fab surf beach with a great walking track at the south end. A short wander to the local sports clubs, takeaways, TBay Cafe, Beer Engine, 4Square and local RSA. 5 minutes by car to Pataka Art + Museum and Te Rauparaha Arena.
