if you enjoy small, cozy spaces then you have found the ideal accommodation for your vacation. This small stone and wood house, formerly used as the kitchen of the property, is ideal for two people looking for a calm and tranquil holiday. Situated on the sunny slopes of Lombada in Ponta do Sol, you’ll be in contact with nature and the daily life of locals. You will also be close to some levadas, as well as to the urban centre (2 km away) and a number of roads to various parts of the island.

Old Wine Villa

Welcome to Paradise! Come stay at our cozy Villa with a splendid Atlantic ocean view by the infinity pool! This house was first built in 1932 and since then it has been know as "Casa do Vinho Velho", "The Old Wine House". My great-grand mother used to tell stories about the old man "Vinho Velho" and his passion for his wine and agriculture. The house has been updated but we have kept old features, like an old brick oven in the kitchen and 3 stone rocks for vine hanging in the living room!

Has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds easily convertible into a double bed), a complete bathroom. On the ground floor open space with kitchen / living and dining room and toilet. Furniture and careful decoration. Outside enjoy the garden and the pleasant dining space with incredible views of the sea. The barbecue, mini-pool and shower complete your well-being.

A magnificent place with a superb view over the sea. In a locality known for banana trees plantation. Very quiet and pleasant you can find the beaches within 5min and all the other services you need. Perfect for resting and recuperating energies during your visits to the island. Near the house you will find a levada walk with great view over the fabulous mountainous landscapes of the west. The house is full of sunshine, natural light and good energy for you. Jacuzzi (extra fee 40€)
