The property sits on a canal that is connected to fowl river, Mobile Bay and the Mississippi Sound. There is kayaks and a canoe on the property for you to explore the water ways or do some fishing. Our one bedroom with a loft is 1400 sq ft directly across from Greers grocery store, above Towne & Beech, and a stones throw from Page & Palette. There are so many shops & restaurants within walking distance of the condo and I love sitting on the balcony taking in the sites. The master bedroom has a king bed with a tempur pedic mattress as well as a master bath with tub and separate shower. The loft area has a queen bed with a tempur pedic mattress as well as a twin daybed.

The Fairhope Flat

Tucked away in a private staircase Downtown Fairhope. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by a beautiful kitchen equipped with a small refrigerator, sink and stove. The apartment offers comfortable seating, work or dining table for two, and a full bath with a shower. In the living area, there is a queen bed and small dining table. The flat has a balcony with an outdoor sofa + chairs overlooking Fairhope Ave! Unique space, crafted in detail, in the center of everything!
