We are very close to the most important centers of attraction which are: Airport Princess Juliana SXM – 12 minutes. Supermarket – 5 minutes. Philipsburg (capital of the Dutch side of the island) 5 minutes. Simpson Bay (lively entertainment area) 8 minutes. Marigot (capital of the French side of the island) 10 minutes . Just come down to Terraces, breath in the ocean air and feel the amazing breeze that refreshes our property.
